Create an account and save your login details
Start by opening VPNGa’s account creation page. You only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. Use the username to access the user panel later, and the password to protect your plans, orders and subscription details. Submit the form when finished. The page should take you to the account area; if it remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just set.
When creating an account, choose a username you can recognize without confusing it with other public accounts. Store the password separately. Do not keep your username, password and subscription link together in a public chat or shared document. The subscription link can retrieve the route configuration for the current account, so protect it like any other account credential.
After signing in, confirm that the page shows an “Account Overview,” “Buy a Plan” or similar entry. The account now exists, but without an active plan the client will not yet receive usable routes. Next, open the Plans section and choose a monthly subscription or data bundle based on your usage.
Choose a plan and place your order
In the Plans section of the user panel, first consider how you use data. Monthly subscriptions reset each month on the activation date. Available options are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. They suit regular users who want a fixed amount of data each month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days, so check the new expiry date on the order page before upgrading.
If your usage is occasional, choose a data bundle that lasts until used and never expires: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Bundles do not reset monthly, making them better for periodic use or controlled consumption. Monthly subscriptions and bundles are measured differently, so base your choice on usage frequency rather than comparing only the one-time payment.
Once you have chosen a plan, click “Start Using” or “Choose This Plan” on the plan card, review the order, and select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. After payment, return to the order or account overview and wait for the order status to become active. VPNGa offers 7-day no-questions-asked refunds. To request one, submit a ticket through the user panel; see the Terms of Service for the applicable scope.
Do not stay on the payment result page after the order becomes active. Return to the account overview and find the subscription section. The plan activates service for the account, while the subscription link is what the client reads to obtain routes; both steps must be completed in order.
Get a subscription link in the user panel
After the order becomes active, open the account overview and find the section for subscription details, client imports or copying the subscription. The user panel provides options based on your device and supported import methods. Check the instructions for the system you plan to use. If the client supports a direct handoff, use the import option provided by the panel; otherwise copy the complete subscription link and add it manually in the client.
When copying, make sure the entire link is selected from beginning to end. The tutorial uses https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN to illustrate its format, but this is an obvious placeholder and cannot be used to connect. Actual subscriptions are available only from the user panel after sign-in. This page does not display a real subscription address or provide static installer links.
A subscription link is not a single fixed route. It is a configuration entry that the client reads and updates. After a successful import, the client will usually show multiple regional groups or routes. If the available content in the user panel changes later, update the subscription in the client instead of creating another account or placing another order.
If the copied link does not appear complete, return to the account overview and try again. Do not remove characters yourself or submit the link to an untrusted page for conversion. Once copied, keep the user panel accessible, then open the client for the relevant system and import it.
Import into a client on each platform
Button locations vary by system, but the import workflow is the same: get the VPNGa client or a compatible subscription client from the user panel, open subscription management in the client, paste the link, and update it. A successful import means more than saving the link—the client must display regional routes and let you select one for connection.
Windows client
Sign in to the user panel and get the VPNGa client for Windows from the client section. Install and open it, then go to subscription management, configuration management or remote configuration. Choose to add a subscription and paste the copied link in full into the address field. Name it “VPNGa” for easy recognition later. Save it, click Update, wait for the route list to appear, and return to the main window to choose a region.
If nothing changes after pasting, check that the client performed “Update” rather than only “Save.” Some interfaces separate adding a configuration from refreshing it, so you may need to select the newly created item again in the subscription list. Connect only after the update finishes; there is no need to enter route parameters one by one.
macOS client
On macOS, open the client download section from the user panel and install the VPNGa client suited to the system. The first launch may ask you to approve network configuration access. This permission is used to establish the connection; after confirming that the source is the VPNGa client, continue as prompted by macOS. In the app, choose “Import from URL” from the subscription, configuration or import menu, then paste and save the subscription.
After importing, check whether route groups appear in the menu bar or the client’s main window. If you see only an empty configuration, refresh the subscription item. When the macOS client runs in the menu bar, closing its main window does not necessarily end the connection. To disconnect, explicitly choose Disconnect from the client status menu.
Android client
Sign in to the user panel on your Android device, open the client section, and get the compatible option provided by VPNGa. After installation, open the app’s subscription or configuration page, tap Add, and choose “Import from URL” or a similar option. Paste the subscription link into the address field, save it, update the subscription, and return to the route list.
When connecting for the first time, Android displays a network-connection confirmation dialog. Confirm that the request comes from the client you just opened, then continue. The client’s status area should change accordingly. If the route list is outdated after the app resumes from the background, update the subscription manually before choosing a route again. Avoid enabling multiple configurations back and forth, which makes it difficult to tell which subscription is active.
iOS client
On your iOS device, use the user panel to find the compatible client option. In a client that supports subscription imports, open the subscription, server or remote-configuration page and choose to add by URL. Paste the subscription link from the panel. After saving and updating, you should see routes organized by region rather than a single block of link text.
The first connection request prompts iOS to add a network configuration. Confirm it, return to the client, choose the required regional route, and start the connection. To sync routes later, update the subscription from the client’s subscription page instead of adding the same link repeatedly. Duplicate entries create similarly named configurations that are easy to confuse when switching.
Windows, macOS, Android and iOS all do the same thing: let the client read the subscription in the user panel and turn its routes into selectable connection options. For details on protocols, resource usage, mobile battery impact, and the differences between direct, relayed and dedicated routes, continue with the Protocol and Routing Technical Reference. You do not need to learn these principles to get started.
Connect to a route and verify it works
Once the client displays routes, choose a suitable region for the service you want to access and turn on the connection. You usually do not need to compare many routes at the start. Prefer a clearly named route in the same region as the target service, wait until the client shows Connected, and then verify it in your browser or app.
For verification, first visit an ordinary page that already opens reliably to confirm basic connectivity. Then open the international website, streaming service or AI tool you actually need. If the ordinary page works but the target service does not, first switch to another route in the same region and reload the target page. A service may retain the previous session, so reloading the page or restarting the app makes the change easier to see.
If the connection button quickly returns to a disconnected state, update the subscription once and confirm that the plan is still active, then try another route. If no route connects, close and reopen the client and check whether the system has allowed it to add a network configuration. Do not run several similar connection clients at the same time, as their configurations may overwrite one another’s status.
After connecting successfully, check your plan and data status in the user panel. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data bundles last until used and never expire. Data consumption varies widely by content. Check the remaining balance when streaming high-resolution video; ordinary web pages, text chats and documents are generally easier to keep within budget.
Save your settings and handle common issues
After verifying the connection, you do not need to import the subscription again each time. Keep the existing subscription configuration; next time, update it, choose a route and connect. When moving to another device, sign in to the same user panel to get the import option for that platform. VPNGa supports unlimited devices, but keep the subscription link only on devices and clients you control.
If you change your password or plan, the client’s subscription configuration can usually retrieve the current content through an update. If the route list remains outdated, copy the subscription again from the account overview and replace the old address. Before replacing it, remove duplicate configurations that no longer work and keep one clearly named entry so the client does not continue reading the old item.
When downloading the VPNGa client, always start from the user panel after signing in; do not obtain installer files from unknown pages. Use the user panel as the source of truth for orders, plan status and remaining data. This page covers only the basic workflow and does not provide static installers or real subscription addresses.
If the issue is limited to a particular network environment, protocol or route type, continue with the sections on connection establishment, resource usage, route topology, packet loss and congestion in the Technical Reference. If the account and plan are confirmed to be normal but the client still does not work, open a ticket in the user panel and describe your system, the status shown in the client, and the routes you have tried. This makes further troubleshooting easier.
Next, update the subscription, choose a route, and connect
Once your account, plan and client configuration are in place, everyday use does not require repeating the full setup.
