Before you submit

What to prepare before submitting a ticket

The more specific your description, the easier it is to identify an account status, client setting, or route-selection issue. Do not provide personal details unrelated to resolving the problem.

Account and subscription issues

Tell us which page shows the issue, what status you currently see, and whether it occurred while purchasing, upgrading, renewing, or requesting a refund. VPNGa registration requires no email address; a username and password are enough. If you are submitting a ticket, you can open it directly from the user panel while logged in.

Connection and client issues

Specify the platform, such as Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux, and tell us whether the issue occurred while getting the client, importing a subscription, selecting a route, or establishing a connection. If an error appears, include the full text or a screenshot, after masking account credentials and subscription details.

Route and access issues

Tell us where the target service is located, what network environment you are using, which route you selected, and whether the issue is continuous or limited to certain times. VPNGa covers 100+ countries / 190+ routes. Support will review the use case and route type, so avoid reporting only “connection failed” without context.

Payment and refund issues

For payment tickets, specify whether you used Alipay, WeChat, or USDT, and provide the order information visible in the panel. Refund requests are covered by a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy; the ticket review determines the specific status.
